Zucker hop – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Zucker hop! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all event bookings, classes, services, and interactions between you (“Client”) and Zucker hop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an event or class with Zucker hop, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized contact.
• A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a confirmation email is issued by Zucker hop.
• Event or class details must be finalized no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled date.

2. Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 5 days before the event or class date.
• Payments can be made via PayPal, tap to pay, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds (Events)

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.
• If Zucker hop must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be arranged.

6. Changes & Rescheduling (Events)

• Requests to reschedule an event must be made in writing at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
• Minor changes (e.g., guest count, theme, or venue) should be communicated no later than 5 days before the event.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate details, venue access at agreed times, and safe working conditions.
• Any damage to Zucker hop decorations, props, or equipment caused by guests or third parties may incur additional charges.

8. Decor & Setup

• Zucker hop retains creative control over all event designs and setups unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Photos and videos of event setups may be used for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the client opts out in writing.

9. Liability

• Zucker hop is not liable for injuries, accidents, delays, or damages caused by third-party vendors, clients, or venue issues.
• We are not responsible for disruptions due to weather, power outages, or other events beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, photos, and materials created by Zucker hop remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

11. Privacy

• Client information is kept confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes.
• We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
